Our Events Team has proudly served the Vancouver community since 2001. At the time, digital photography was only beginning to emerge, and I was still shooting on film. It has been a long journey, one filled with challenges, growth, and a great deal of joy.
Three Sixty Media was created to support people and their dreams. Whether you are a planner working to craft an unforgettable experience, or a team member seeking to grow creatively and professionally, we want to be part of your story.
When I first entered this industry, I found it cold and unwelcoming. Few people shared knowledge or offered support. I often encountered ego and arrogance. It reminded me of standing in the schoolyard as a child, standing up for others but feeling alone. I wanted to build something different—an environment where people are treated with respect, care, and equality.
Early in my career, I learned what I did not want from business. I experienced corporate red tape and racial bias. I realised that I wanted to create a place where people felt like family—valued, supported, and inspired.
My path has rarely been easy. I have often felt like the underdog, but I have never given up. Instead, I stayed true to my values and focused on building a community that uplifts one another. Many of our first clients are still with us today, and that speaks volumes about the trust and relationships we have built.
